We believe faith must be lived boldly, prayed consistently, and grounded firmly in Scripture. Shekinah Voice Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in December 2023 in Hastings, Minnesota. We are a prayer-centered teaching ministry committed to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, strengthening believers in biblical truth, and serving communities through compassionate outreach.
At Shekinah Voice, we are driven by relationship, empathy, and Christ-centered compassion. We believe faith is not passive. It prays. It teaches. It serves. We are committed to interceding for those in need, sharing the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ, and providing tangible support to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.
We believe true fulfillment is found in loving God and serving others. Whether through live teaching, weekly prayer gatherings, community donation initiatives, or partnership with other ministries and nonprofit organizations, our mission remains the same: to stand unashamed of the Gospel while helping others discover the transforming love and grace of God.

Our vision is to build a global prayer-centered movement that proclaims biblical truth boldly, equips believers to stand firm in faith, and impacts communities through compassionate outreach and Kingdom partnerships.

Leadership
Pastor / Chaplain Joseph J. Jallah, Jr.
Joseph Jaygbeh Jallah Jr. is the Founder and Director of Shekinah Voice Ministries. He is a prayer-centered leader and teacher committed to proclaiming Christ clearly, strengthening believers in biblical truth, and serving communities with compassion.
He is a licensed minister with Harvest Intercontinental Ministries–Unlimited in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and serves as a chaplain with the American Chaplains Association of America. His ministry calling has been shaped by years of pastoral leadership, teaching, and youth mentorship both in the United States and internationally.
Joseph previously served as a Youth Pastor and as Director of Royal Heirs Youth & Young Adults in Liberia, West Africa. He also served as President Emeritus of the Joseph Jenkins Roberts United Methodist Faculty Association in Monrovia, Liberia, demonstrating his commitment to education, leadership development, and community impact.
Blessed with a devoted family, he is married and the proud father of three daughters who remain a daily source of inspiration and strength.
Through Shekinah Voice, Pastor Joseph continues to lead in prayer, teach biblical truth, and build partnerships that expand the reach of the Gospel.
